Our ordering process is simple and interactive: build your cart online, review your details, and submit your request directly to our verified merchant WhatsApp number. We complete transaction verification and send your UPI payment invoice scanner there for maximum security.

Welcome to Shree Krishna Textiles. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchase of our products. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Products and Pricing
We strive to display our products, specifications, and prices as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, and availability of products at any time without prior notice. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
Payment Terms & No COD Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available. All payments must be made online via UPI transfer. Upon checkout, you will be redirected to our official WhatsApp business number where you will receive a secure UPI QR Code/Scanner to complete the payment transaction. Your order will only be processed and shipped once payment verification is completed on WhatsApp.

All content, design, logo, and graphics on this website are the intellectual property of Shree Krishna Textiles and cannot be used without prior written authorization.

Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us during the checkout process: Identity Data (First/Last name), Contact Data (Delivery Address, WhatsApp Mobile Number), and Transaction Details (ordered items, total, and screen confirmations shared via WhatsApp).
How We Use Your Information
We use details to process your order, coordinate shipping, and contact you via WhatsApp for invoice verification. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.
Security
We take reasonable security measures to protect your customer data. Customer order logs are stored securely and used solely for fulfilling orders.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, please message us directly on WhatsApp with your Order ID. Since checkout initiates a manual verification on WhatsApp, you may cancel the order before sending the payment UPI transaction.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the boutique/custom nature of our products, we offer returns or exchanges only in the event of manufacturing defects or wrong items shipped. To file a claim, you must submit a video of unboxing the package along with photos of the defect to our WhatsApp support within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via UPI to your designated bank account within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment verification is confirmed via WhatsApp. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Charges and Timelines
Shipping charges are calculated and shown during checkout (or communicated via WhatsApp support). Estimated delivery time ranges between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number and dispatch details will be sent directly to your WhatsApp number.
